These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Roll With The Punches content, training programs, coaching, and services made available through our website and through third-party course platforms such as Thinkific (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our Services, enrolling in a program, or purchasing any offering, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Services

Roll With The Punches provides leadership training programs, coaching, leadership operating support, and related educational resources. All offerings are delivered digitally or virtually. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts and Access

To access certain training or content, you may need to create an account on Thinkific or another platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You may not share, sell, transfer, or sublicense your access. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect account sharing or misuse.

4. Payments

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your purchase, including any applicable taxes.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

5. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of offering purchased. Please read this section carefully before purchasing.

5.1 Training Programs (including Level Up Your Leadership)

3-day refund window (only if training is not started): You may request a refund within 3 days of purchase only if you have not started the training.

Once training has been started, no refunds will be issued.

5.2 Coaching (CEO / Founder)

Coaching is not refundable once services have been delivered. This includes any completed coaching session or once the coaching engagement has begun. Because time and preparation are reserved in advance, refunds are not available after delivery.

5.3 Leadership Operating Support and Fractional COO / Integrator Support

These services are not refundable once services have been delivered. This includes any facilitated meetings, planning sessions, execution support, or ongoing operational support once the engagement has started.

5.4 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about a purchase, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Unresolved chargebacks or disputes may result in loss of access to the Services.

To request an eligible refund, email [email protected] and include your full name, purchase email, offering purchased, and purchase date.

All content, materials, frameworks, videos, worksheets, downloads, and training resources are the property of Roll With The Punches and are protected by intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roll With The Punches will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific offering that gave rise to the claim.

We may deliver Services through third-party platforms such as Thinkific, payment processors, scheduling tools, or communication tools. Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages or technical issues beyond our control.
